Return & Exchange Policy

We’re grateful for your support of Get Clarity Clothing. Every purchase helps us further our mission of inspiring vision and purpose through faith-centered apparel. Because each piece is carefully crafted and printed to order, we ask that you read our return policy thoroughly before placing your order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Due to the custom and limited nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure your sizing, color selections, and shipping address are correct before completing your purchase.
Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery with the following:
Order number
Clear photo(s) of the item and issue
Description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement or store credit. We do not refund original shipping charges.
Sizing Issues
We provide detailed size charts to help you select the correct fit. Because all garments are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing errors. Please consult the size chart before ordering. If you have questions, contact us before purchasing.
Shipping Delays or Errors
Get Clarity Clothing is not responsible for:
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
Delays caused by carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.)
Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
Customers are responsible for tracking and securing their delivery. If a package is lost due to carrier error, we will assist with a claim, but cannot guarantee a replacement.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. Refunds will not be issued for unclaimed packages.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We value transparency and fairness. Any attempt to reverse charges (chargebacks) without contacting us to resolve the issue may result in account suspension and denial of future purchases. We reserve the right to submit evidence of our fulfillment and policy to your financial institution.
